The 'Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation' which İnan Kıraç, one of the founders of Kıraça Holding, and his wife Suna Kıraç and daughter İpek Kıraç established together is another reflection of the achievements of Kıraça Holding in industry and trade on the Foundation's initiatives in education, culture, art and health. Pera Museum and Istanbul Research Institute are affiliates of the Foundation.

Sirena Marine was created at Kıraça Holding in 2006 with its pioneering initiatives in the marine and automotive sectors. Hexagon Katı Atık Yönetimi Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., was created in 2008 as a subsidiary of Hexagon Global, which develops and manages solid waste management projects. It operates in the fields of sorting, collection, treatment, recycling, electricity and heat from biogas, production of organic fertilizers and final disposal of unused waste.
