PRODUCT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Kırpart designs & develops new solutions from initial planning phase to serial production in accordance with its customers’ specifications. Kırpart is a preferential co-designer with major OE Manufacturers on the development of new applications.

Designing

In accordance with customer specifications, our development engineers, with FMEA analyses, start working on accomplishing the most suitable design for the component both functionally and dimensionally. We monitor every stage of the development by check lists and action time planning lists. By using the 3D CAD systems, the model of final work can be prepared and presented to the customer for final approval.

Prototype

Once the customer approves the model, Kırpart starts building prototypes. We give up most importance to prototype construction to make sure of achieving maximum accuracy in serial production.

Product Evaluation & Tool making

The component then has to successfully pass all the required series of tests in the environment as close possible as the actual engine conditions. Then we start building actual tools and fixtures for mass production.

Pre-Serial Production / Serial Production

By using actual mass production tools and production lines, pre-serial production starts in order to make final adjustments. The products of early production then have to go through final validation tests. If everything is in order serial production begins.
